THE STATE GOVERNMENT

The California Government is organized according to a system. It is made up of three distinct arms: the legislative, governing, and judicial. Each section has its own duties and works independently to ensure a balance of power. The legislative branch, headed by the State Legislature, is responsible for passing laws. The executive branch, led by the
